About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Inpatient Physical Therapist to join its Therapy Services Team in Kingman, AZ. New graduates and graduating students are encouraged to apply, with a $25,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care with functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, monitor patient response, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress, billing, and ensure compliance with KHI, Arizona Board of Physical Therapy, and Medicare regulations.
• Educate patients and families to support goal achievement and maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.

Required profile

• Graduate of an APTA‑approved four‑year bachelor’s degree program (or foreign equivalent).
• Current Arizona Physical Therapy license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations; new grads are welcome.

Required skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and assessment.
• Plan of care development and functional goal setting.
• BLS certification for emergency response.
