Physical Therapist - Full-Time $25k Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join its Home Health team in northwest Arizona. The role involves delivering comprehensive PT services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, while enjoying the region’s outdoor lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Provides a full range of Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Uses AIDET, performs hand hygiene, assists with patient positioning for comfort and pain management, and ensures a clean environment before leaving the home.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Provides patient and family education to help achieve therapy goals.
• Documents the course of patient care, including progress notes and continued need for treatment.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current PT license through the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient homes in a properly insured vehicle.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card within 20 days of hire.
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, use office equipment and computers, and assist with moving patients over 300 lb.
