Pharma/MedTech Warehouse & TMS Transformation Consultant

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Consultant to lead the execution of warehouse and transportation management transformation programs for life‑science clients. The role combines regulated‑industry expertise with AI‑enabled automation to modernise warehousing and logistics operations for pharma, biotech, medical‑device and specialty‑distributor organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) across multiple life‑science projects.
• Manage project workstreams, coordinate with system integrators and client teams, and ensure delivery on platforms such as SAP EWM/TM, Manhattan WMS/TM and Blue Yonder WMS/TM.
• Conduct validation activities and maintain audit‑trail documentation to meet GxP, GDP and other quality standards.
• Lead design and configuration workshops, support data migration, and assist in user training and change management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI‑driven automation and intelligent transportation solutions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience delivering WMS and TMS projects in regulated environments (pharma, biotech or medical‑device).
• Strong understanding of GxP, GDP and life‑science quality requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
