Pharmacist – Outpatient Community Pharmacy

About the role

Join our healthcare team as a Pharmacist in an outpatient community pharmacy serving Kingman, Arizona. You will provide pharmaceutical care within a 340B outpatient pharmacy, ensuring safe and effective medication use while improving access to affordable therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and compound medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor patient drug therapy, counsel patients, and document clinical interventions.
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and supervise pharmacy support staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of an ACPE‑accredited School of Pharmacy with at least a BS in Pharmacy.
• Licensed in Arizona or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Ability to distinguish colors and meet physical demands (sit 37%, stand 30%, walk 33%, lift 25‑75 lb).
