Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – San Antonio Territory

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will promote Galt Pharmaceuticals’ products across the San Antonio, TX territory, acting as a franchise partner to develop profitable relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the franchise territory as a profit center, identifying and cultivating at least 20 accounts that meet Galt’s performance parameters.
• Create and execute a business plan covering account identification, marketing initiatives, expense allocation, and time management to achieve sales goals.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies, representing Galt’s vision of a value‑based approach to patient care.
• Analyze market data, prescription trends and use CRM tools to track performance, adjust strategies and measure results.
• Collaborate with corporate functions such as marketing, supply chain, operations and sales to share best practices and drive overall growth.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector with a business‑owner mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and generate profitable returns.
• Strong understanding of the social and political landscape of the San Antonio territory.
• Ability to manage expenses, make sound financial decisions and adapt to market changes.
