About the role

PwC is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead its Strategy& practice for Pharma and Life Sciences clients. The role involves advising senior executives on complex business challenges, shaping strategy, and guiding execution across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes, on‑time and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, presenting strategic insights and recommendations.
• Analyse market trends, business performance data and regulatory environments to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that optimise operations and drive value creation.
• Coach and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative culture and developing junior talent.
• Manage project financials, timelines, and deliverables while upholding PwC’s professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably within pharma or life‑sciences.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, integrity and a commitment to continuous learning.
