Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (Remote)

About the role

Rose Harper Law, a bilingual personal injury firm serving New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage personal injury cases from filing through settlement or trial. This remote position requires hands‑on litigation experience and the ability to work independently on multiple active matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through all litigation stages, including trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and client correspondence.
• Organize exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, and maintain detailed case chronologies and damage summaries.
• Coordinate and prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Review, summarize, and analyze medical records, police reports, and other case documents.
• Maintain case management systems, calendar deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with experts, investigators, and court reporters, and communicate regularly with clients on case status.

Required profile

• Hands‑on personal injury litigation experience (not entry‑level).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Knowledge of civil litigation procedures in NY, NJ, and/or PA (strong plus).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software and e‑filing systems.
• Comfortable using a modern Windows or Mac computer (minimum Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, 25 Mbps internet).
