Personal Injury Case Manager – Medical Records & Liens

About the role

Rose Harper Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to drive cases from intake through settlement readiness. The role focuses on preparing demand packages, managing medical records, and negotiating Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA and private liens to maximize client recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cases from intake to settlement readiness, handling 120–200 active files.
• Prepare and send eight settlement demand packages each month.
• Identify, track, and negotiate reductions on Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA and private liens.
• Draft case summaries and provider cover letters (approximately eight per month).
• Ensure medical records, bills, and documentation remain complete and demand‑ready.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury case management or legal support experience.
• Law degree or equivalent legal education.
• Solid understanding of medical treatment workflows and records.
• Experience with lien resolution, preferably Medicare/Medicaid.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software.
• Experience using document management systems.
• Updated Windows or Mac computer with Intel i5 (or equivalent) processor.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and headset with microphone.
