Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join a growing legal team. The role is fully remote and supports US‑based attorneys by handling case files, coordinating with medical providers, and ensuring smooth client communication throughout the litigation process.

Key responsibilities

• Request, follow up, and organize medical records from hospitals and clinics.
• Provide timely case status updates to clients.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date case files in the case management system.
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court‑related activities.
• Open and manage insurance claims, communicating with insurers and subrogation entities.
• Assist with client onboarding, gathering insurance information and supporting evidence.
• Support litigation by preparing documents, consolidating PDFs, and drafting correspondence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal injury case management or legal support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
