Personal Banker

About the role

Citizens Bank is seeking a full‑time Personal Banker to join its Genesee, WI branch. The role focuses on building customer relationships, handling a wide range of non‑lending transactions, and cross‑selling bank products.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close savings, checking, money‑market, and CD accounts for individuals, joint, custodial, and business customers.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, wire transfers, address changes, stop payments, and digital banking access.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Good Life Club and other value‑added services.
• Handle specialized duties such as safe‑deposit box rentals, IRA/HSA account maintenance, notary services, and foreign‑currency transactions.
• Maintain security controls and compliance with banking regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related banking experience; vault, personal banking, or retail banking experience preferred.
• Professional communication skills and high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work business hours, including occasional Saturdays.
