Performance Marketing Manager (US)

About the role

Flagright is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale its global paid acquisition engine across search, social, and retargeting channels. The role focuses on generating qualified pipeline rather than volume leads, requiring disciplined budget management and a data‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid search, paid social, retargeting, review site capture, and landing‑page testing for high‑intent, mid‑market demand.
• Build and manage a disciplined paid engine that prioritises qualified pipeline over low‑quality form fills.
• Support enterprise‑level campaigns, including competitor‑term targeting, event‑surround retargeting, and account‑based clusters.
• Lead conversion‑rate optimisation across landing pages, forms, offers, and nurture entry points.
• Allocate, pace, and report on media budgets in partnership with Marketing Operations.
• Continuously evaluate performance, cut under‑performing spend, and reallocate to high‑impact channels.
• Partner with Content, Sales, and GTM teams to align paid programs with strong offers and clear pipeline definitions.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a no‑BS environment.

• Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and pipeline quality metrics.
