People Operations Business Partner

About the role

Sensor Tower is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to guide and support employees while advising managers and senior leadership. This hands‑on, execution‑focused role blends employee‑relations casework with broader program delivery across a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own frontline employee relations, managing complex cases end‑to‑end and ensuring fair, consistent, legally sound outcomes.
• Partner with managers on performance management, feedback, difficult conversations, and day‑to‑day people issues.
• Manage employment matters across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, collaborating with PEOs, external counsel, and local advisors.
• Provide clear HR policy guidance, support contractor and non‑employee populations, and contribute to policy updates.
• Use people data to identify trends, advise on retention actions, and support delivery of people programs and training rollouts.

Required profile

• Progressive experience across multiple HR disciplines, including operations, compensation, organizational design, learning & development, employee relations, inclusion, and performance management.
• Experience supporting international leaders with practical knowledge of local employment laws across several jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders in high‑tension, legally sensitive situations.
• Strong project‑tracking, organizational, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern HRIS/ATS and people tooling such as HiBob, Deel, and Ashby.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for casework drafting and analysis.
