People Business Partner

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for selected departments. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a high‑performing, mission‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned teams, building strong leader relationships.
• Understand departmental goals and workforce challenges to anticipate needs and deliver proactive solutions.
• Coach managers on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Identify engagement drivers, support retention strategies, and facilitate feedback mechanisms such as surveys and listening sessions.
• Guide teams through goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback cycles.
• Assist with succession planning, career development conversations, and employee‑relations matters.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state labor laws, especially those relevant to the defense sector.
• Partner with HR Operations to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and consistency.
• Contribute to company‑wide HR initiatives, policy development, compensation reviews, and organizational change.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least one year in a consultative or partner role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR strategy to operational goals.
• Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment; startup or high‑growth experience is a plus.
