People Analytics Specialist

About the role

The Data Analytics Specialist designs, develops and implements business‑driven analytical products such as models, reports, workflows and dashboards. You will partner with People Leaders and business stakeholders to understand decisions, frame analytical questions, test hypotheses, analyze workforce data and communicate clear, actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver predictive models, dashboards and reporting solutions that support talent acquisition, compensation and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with technology providers to integrate analytics products into the Bank‑wide analytics architecture.
• Maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and apply governance standards across disparate HR data sources.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating business problems into data‑driven solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate findings and data stories to non‑technical senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Alteryx (ETL and data preparation)
• Tableau or Power BI (visualization and dashboarding)
• SQL (querying relational databases)
• Python or R (data manipulation, automation, statistical analysis)
• Workday Reporting & Discovery Boards
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
