About the role

Infosys is seeking a Pega Consultant to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves working on ERP package customization, integration, and support while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and validate specifications against business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design and customize ERP modules based on detailed requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain a stable codebase.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP performance, identify enhancements, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for customizations and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Strong capability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
