Pega Consultant – Enterprise Application Integration

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Pega Consultant to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team in Richardson, TX. You will work on integrating and customizing ERP packages, ensuring seamless data flow across business applications and delivering high‑quality solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements with business stakeholders to align solutions with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize ERP modules based on detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features, conduct code reviews, and ensure code stability.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and support system integration between ERP and other applications.
• Monitor ERP performance, identify enhancements, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver user training for ERP customizations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross‑functional teams and clients.
