Pediatrician – Full-Time Position

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Pediatrician to join Kingman Regional Medical Center, a 235‑bed nonprofit hospital serving the high desert of northwestern Arizona. This full‑time, employed physician position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to children in a rural teaching hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform examinations, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients within the scope of training and experience.
• Document examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans in compliance with record‑keeping standards.
• Provide clear orders and support nursing staff with the medical plan of care.
• Refer patients to specialty services when needs exceed the clinic’s scope, following established protocols.
• Participate in medical staff meetings and contribute to policy and protocol reviews.
• Collaborate with referring providers and specialists to ensure coordinated, multi‑specialty care.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited school.
• Successful completion of a residency program in pediatrics.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatrics.
• Current Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
