About the role

The Patient Services Associate – BHSL provides essential support to patients within the Behavioral Health Services Laboratory at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This position is open to current University of Arkansas System employees and eligible students who can access the role through Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with service coordination and information.
• Support clinical staff in the BHSL unit as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow departmental procedures.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System or eligible student.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to access and apply through Workday.
