Greystar is seeking a Part‑Time Temporary Leasing Professional for The Triton, a mid‑rise community of 220 units in Foster City, California. The role supports the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to meet occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show apartment units.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings, and manage lease documentation.
• Assist existing residents with lease renewals and address day‑to‑day leasing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and community events.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday on a part‑time schedule.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
