Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Santa Anita Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its Levi’s® boutique at Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, CA. The supervisor will support the store management team, drive sales, coach associates and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s® policies, procedures and programs.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, stocking, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible part‑time schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands of the role.
• Adherence to all Levi’s® store policies and directives from management.
