Part‑time Store Supervisor – Potomac Mills

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the team at the Potomac Mills store in Woodbridge, VA. You will work closely with store management to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support associate development through effective on‑the‑job training.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Reliability, including dependable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders and move around the store continuously.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to read and interpret sales reports.
