Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Concord Mills

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the team at Concord Mills in Concord, NC. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising and loss prevention.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliability – must have dependable transportation and be 18 years or older.
• Commitment to Levi’s brand values of originality, integrity and customer empathy.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures and directives from store management.
