Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Colorado Mills

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. isn’t your typical retailer. Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, driving strategy implementation, operational excellence, brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales by executing sales strategies and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members through effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills; able to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb., kneel, carry items, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
