About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a motivated part‑time Sales Associate to join the team at Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO. You will represent an iconic brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage, and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service and achieve daily sales goals.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices, troubleshoot minor issues, and follow technical manuals.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Traits: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID inventory processes.
