About the role

Join the Nespresso boutique at The Domain in Austin as a part‑time Retail Sales Associate. You will be the welcoming face of the store, helping customers discover their perfect coffee and creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate, sharing Nespresso’s sustainability mission.
• Greet and engage customers, listening to their needs and recommending personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Offer complimentary coffee tastings and promote products to build the customer base.
• Maintain the boutique’s appearance, handle shipments, stock the coffee wall, and ensure cleanliness.

Required profile

• People‑person with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, think on your feet and adapt to change.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Punctual, patient and resourceful in troubleshooting day‑to‑day challenges.
