Part‑Time Registered Nursing Clinical Instructor

About the role

This part‑time position supports the Registered Nursing program by providing clinical and simulation instruction to nursing students at the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton. The role is focused on supervising student practice, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall quality of the nursing curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise students in clinical and/or simulation settings.
• Maintain student attendance and related records as directed.
• Document both successful and unsuccessful student performance during clinical experiences.
• Assist in the evaluation process and grading of student performance.
• Participate in faculty meetings as required by the Program Director or Chair.
• Attend advisory committee meetings as scheduled.
• Contribute to the systematic evaluation of the nursing program.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of teaching methods and clinical practice.
