About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Leasing Professional to join our team at the Madera Ridge community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and execute resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Promote the community through internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, phone, or thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal packages, contact renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns or escalating as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00.
