Part‑Time Key Holder – Retail Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Key Holder to join the team at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets store in Monroe, OH. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an engaging shopping experience while supporting sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper key management.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, styling advice, and checkout transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized.
• Support inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, and moving merchandise.
• Coach and train team members on sales techniques and store procedures.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to follow store policies and directives.

Required skills

• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
