Part‑Time House Manager (Vail, CO)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive part‑time House Manager to support a busy family of three in Vail, Colorado. Working 15‑20 hours per week, you will keep the home organized, handle meal planning, and ensure smooth daily operations so the family can focus on work, school, and outdoor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems, daily resets, light tidying, and seasonal swaps.
• Create deep‑cleaning checklists, inspect for maintenance issues, and coordinate repairs.
• Manage pantry, fridge, and supply inventories; place orders and handle subscriptions.
• Plan and prepare healthy meals 3‑4 times per week, shop for groceries, and keep the kitchen clean.
• Handle laundry, linen rotation, and garment care.
• Provide occasional pet feeding and walking.
• Oversee cleaners, contractors, landscapers, and other vendors.
• Support family calendar, school and ski schedules, and adjust meal prep for travel or events.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional with strong ownership and accountability.
• Highly organized, systems‑minded, and able to create and improve household workflows.
• Excellent communicator who respects boundaries and maintains discretion.
• Experience in household management, preferably in a resort or mountain community.
• Ability to cook basic healthy meals and plan menus aligned with family preferences.
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.
• Commitment to a long‑term, non‑seasonal role.
