About the role

The homeowner in San Antonio seeks a reliable partner to manage day‑to‑day household tasks on a flexible, part‑time schedule. You will help keep the home organized, maintain a smoke‑free environment, and support the homeowner’s remote work lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and improve household organization systems, including daily resets, light tidying, and donation drop‑offs.
• Manage deep‑cleaning projects, indoor plant care, and routine maintenance such as changing batteries and light bulbs.
• Handle inventory, restock pantry and supplies, coordinate grocery deliveries, and manage online orders and subscriptions.
• Plan and prepare 3‑4 simple dinner options per week, prep fruits and vegetables, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Take full ownership of laundry, linen rotation, and occasional ironing.
• Provide cat care, including litter box cleaning, supply management, and occasional vet scheduling.
• Oversee vehicle upkeep, fueling, cleaning, and track registration/insurance.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and property maintenance, including HVAC filter replacement.
• Assist with basic calendar coordination and receipt tracking.
