Part‑Time Courier – Sample Pickup & Delivery

About the role

Certified Group is seeking a Part‑Time Courier to safely collect and deliver food and environmental samples between customer sites and our laboratory facilities. The role is essential for maintaining sample integrity and supporting timely laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to transport samples while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of samples in proper condition and maintain chain‑of‑custody documentation.
• Use the company’s mobile routing application to receive assignments, follow routes, log stops, upload photos, and communicate with dispatch.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during all pick‑up and delivery interactions.
• Follow company policies, state and federal driving regulations, and report any accidents or vehicle issues.
• Perform routine vehicle checks as required.
