Parts Warehouse Coordinator II

About the role

The Parts Warehouse Coordinator II ensures accurate and timely movement of goods in and out of Enerflex’s warehouse while delivering superior customer service and maintaining electronic inventory integrity. The role supports field operations by managing inventory, supplier relationships, and shipping logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Enter all required materials and services on various order types using SAP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by issuing stock, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling variances.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, select appropriate packing methods, and manage freight claims.
• Source, quote, purchase, and bill parts for projects while adhering to company policies.
• Drive forklifts and lift trucks to move items within the warehouse and to customer locations.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve inventory and shipping issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Prior oil‑and‑gas industry experience and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, operate light warehouse equipment, and obtain forklift certification.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory calculations.
• Effective communication skills and a detail‑oriented, organized work style.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Forklift operation (certified).
• Use of lift trucks and general warehouse equipment.
