About the role
Sierra is building a platform for customer‑facing AI agents and needs a foundational member for its GTM Operations team, embedded within Partnerships. The Partnerships Operations Lead will design and run the commercial and operational infrastructure that supports partner‑led revenue, from planning and forecasting to deal frameworks and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Own annual and quarterly planning for the partner‑led GTM motion, setting targets, pipeline coverage, priorities, investment levels and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain the partner forecasting discipline, defining stages, ensuring pipeline hygiene, and providing clear visibility into risks and upside.
- Develop partner economics and pricing models, including business cases, ROI analyses, revenue‑share, discount scenarios and margin impact.
- Partner with Sales, Pricing, Finance and Legal to create repeatable deal frameworks across referral, reseller, channel and co‑sell models.
- Define guardrails and approval paths for non‑standard partner terms, balancing speed, strategic value and financial discipline.
- Own the CRM data model and operational infrastructure for partnerships, including records, account mapping, workflows, reporting, data quality and automation.
- Run partner business reviews and executive operating cadences, translating performance into decisions and accountable actions.
Required profile
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, pricing, strategic finance, business operations or management consulting.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills with experience building forecasts and evaluating commercial scenarios.
- Strong command of B2B revenue mechanics, pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and reporting tools, defining data requirements and improving workflows.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management across GTM, Finance, Legal, Product and senior leadership.
- Highly structured, detail‑oriented and able to operate in a fast‑moving environment.
