About the role

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton is seeking a part‑time Workforce Trainer to deliver evening and weekend training programs. The role supports the college’s Workforce Development initiatives by providing hands‑on instruction in industrial machining, maintenance mechanics, and advanced manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain working relationships with industry partners.
• Design, schedule, and deliver training sessions during evenings and weekends.
• Provide instruction in industrial machining, maintenance mechanics, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Ensure all training follows accepted safety practices and standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Workforce Development to align curriculum with industry needs.

Required profile

• Availability to work flexible evening and weekend hours.
• Experience in industrial machining, maintenance mechanics, or advanced manufacturing.
