Part-Time Teller – Upper East Side, NY

About the role

As a Teller you will assist customers with a variety of financial needs, process transactions, and provide exceptional service while helping to prevent fraud and promote bank products.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, minimize wait times and address banking needs.
• Identify and refer product solutions, cross‑sell bank products and educate customers on digital self‑service options.
• Adhere to compliance, risk management and fraud prevention policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash handling experience.
• At least 6 months demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong communication, listening and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and digital tool usage.
• Fundamental math skills.
