Part Time Teller

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time teller to join our Neptune, New Jersey branch. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service while handling daily cash transactions and supporting the branch’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, minimize wait times and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify and report potential fraud or risk situations in line with compliance policies.
• Promote bank products and digital self‑service tools to deepen customer relationships.
• Support audits, custodial duties and occasional tasks for nearby branches as needed.
• Keep the teller area clean, organized and welcoming.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
