Part Time Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Part‑Time Team Leader to join the LEGO® Brand Retail team at Westfield Topanga in Canoga Park, CA. In this role you will lead a team of Sales Associates, ensure excellent guest experiences and uphold LEGO’s standards of visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) with holiday, attendance and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, handling issues in line with LEGO policies.
• Order store and office supplies within budget guidelines.
• Oversee money‑handling procedures and cash audits.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the shop floor.
• Achieve loss‑prevention targets and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
• Review sales and margin data to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store graphics, pricing and fixture replenishment.
• Train associates on visual‑merchandising techniques and LEGO brand values.

Required profile

• Leadership or management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience delivering employee training and handling cash and inventory audits.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) automated systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, moving, reaching and lifting for extended periods.
