Part-Time Stylist – Nebraska Crossing Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Stylist for its Nebraska Crossing Outlets location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s heritage while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Show a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention guidelines
• Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise
• Assist in pricing and maintaining store appearance according to visual standards
• Perform rapid sales‑floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes

Required profile

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend continuously
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable

Required skills

• Basic technology skills – familiarity with iOS and device troubleshooting
• Understanding of RFID‑enabled inventory processes
