About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its outlet in Somerville, MA. You will join the store management team to help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a memorable experience for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor associates, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, merchandising, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.

Required skills

• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale and inventory systems.
