Part-Time Store Supervisor – Orland Park Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for the Orland Park Mall location in Chicago. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support associate teams through daily guidance and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliability – must have dependable transportation and be able to work flexible retail hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders and move around the store frequently.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.

Required skills

• Ability to follow store directives and company policies.
• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory tools.
