Part-Time Store Supervisor – North Bend Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the management team at the North Bend Premium Outlets. In this role you will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a memorable experience for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and coach team members.
• Commitment to follow Levi’s policies and achieve sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
