Part-Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its Willowbrook Mall location in Houston, TX. The role supports the store management team in delivering brand standards, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor associate team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards and safety compliance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures and program directives.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach store associates.
• Ability to meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb., stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
