Part Time Store Supervisor – Ellenton Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its Ellenton Premium Outlets location. The role supports store management in delivering brand standards, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while stepping in as acting manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping to Levi’s brand guidelines.
• Train, coach and retain sales staff, ensuring they follow LS&CO selling practices.
• Handle day‑to‑day operations, including expense control and inventory management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and model best‑practice behaviors for conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
