Part-Time Store Supervisor – Christiana Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team at Christiana Mall. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Growing Sales – Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Be a Coach – Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
• Operational Excellence – Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Customer Focus – Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills; able to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent moving, kneeling, reaching, and ladder work.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
