Part Time Stock Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a part‑time Stock Supervisor to help create a high‑energy store environment, engage customers and support the associate team. The role combines hands‑on merchandising, cash handling and coaching responsibilities to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates on sales training, service standards and loss‑prevention practices.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly and partner with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Oversee cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining store standards.
• Conduct training for new hires on brand culture, product knowledge and store policies.
• Provide performance feedback and help set expectations to foster engagement and retention.
• Flex store business strategies with management to meet daily sales and performance goals.
• Lead the store team in the absence of other managers.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with supervising, coaching and training responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
