About the role

The Sales Associate will work part‑time in our Palestine Plaza store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving product sales. You will become a brand ambassador, creating a welcoming experience that encourages repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store, especially during peak periods.
• Promote and sell merchandise and services in line with current promotions.
• Maintain store standards by completing work lists, clean‑up tasks, and weekly shipments.
• Utilize product knowledge resources to present items effectively.
• Track personal sales goals and strive to exceed targets.
• Report merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions.
