Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Roosevelt Field

About the role

Levi's® is seeking a motivated part‑time Retail Supervisor to join the team at Roosevelt Field in Garden City, NY. In this role you will help create an energetic store environment, ensure excellent customer service, and support the store’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, model service standards, and coach associates on sales techniques.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly while adhering to company policies.
• Assist with training new hires and ongoing development of existing staff.
• Partner with store management to set expectations, provide performance feedback, and foster employee engagement.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Support store managers in executing business strategies to meet daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.
