Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Lynnfield, MA

About the role

Levi’s Market Street in Lynnfield is seeking a part‑time supervisor to lead the store team, deliver an engaging customer experience, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Creates a high‑energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Proactively resolves consumer concerns and partners with the store manager on elevated issues.
• Provides training for new hires and current employees on culture, product knowledge, service practices and loss prevention.
• Partners with store management to set expectations, coach, and deliver performance feedback.
• Handles cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Works with store managers to meet or exceed sales and performance goals and supervises the team in the absence of other managers.

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven supervising, coaching and training skills.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform essential physical job functions.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.
