Part-Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi's® is seeking a motivated part‑time supervisor to help create an energetic store environment in Vacaville Premium Outlets. You will work closely with the store manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales while modeling Levi's brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and inspire associates to deliver top‑tier service.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly, following company policies and focusing on satisfaction.
• Coach and train new hires and existing team members on brand culture, loss‑prevention, and store procedures.
• Partner with management to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster employee engagement and retention.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems while maintaining operational standards.
• Support store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
