Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Boston Seaport

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Supervisor to lead the Beyond Yoga store at Boston Seaport. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will bring the brand to life, drive sales, and foster community connections in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase foot traffic and improve key performance indicators such as conversion, units per transaction and average ticket.
• Deliver a hospitality‑driven customer experience, leveraging deep product knowledge to educate shoppers on fabric, fit and function.
• Plan and host in‑store events, community pop‑ups and client‑eling activities to build brand loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Beyond Yoga ethos.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory replenishment, stockroom management, compliance with SOPs and health‑safety protocols.
• Support schedule optimization, labor productivity and store P&L performance.
• Recruit, onboard and train a diverse team, providing continuous feedback and coaching.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or active‑wear.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus.
• Proven ability to manage teams, operations and customer experience in a high‑energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentorship and inclusive culture.
• Genuine interest in wellness, inclusivity and the Beyond Yoga lifestyle.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
